What is Cashflow®?
Cashflow is the board game created by entreprenuer, author and speaker Robert Kiyosaki that lets you practice real world investing with play money. If you've ever played Monopoly then you'll love Cashflow®!

How do you play?
Just like in real life you start out with a job that pays you income. You also have monthly expenses that take away from that income. The difference is your monthly cashflow (hence the name of the game).
Also like real life, you spend your days every month going round and round the Rat Race. You go to work, get paid, pay your bills, and buy doodads over and over again.
Cashflow teaches you to pay attention to the opportunities that also come your way in the rat race. These opportunities can pay you passive income, that's money you don't have to work for!
These opportunities can be:
- Starting a small Business
- Buying and selling Stock
- Investing in Real Estate
